As you will have been aware the Yarranet website went down last week (1 July 2010). This was because the Domain Name expired and neither of the then Yarranet custodians wanted to take on the costs of maintaining Yarranet. As a consequence your yarranet email address and/or website is not working.
I have had a long association with Yarranet that dates back to the late 1990's when Mark Russell and the Carringbush Library Manager Jane King set up Yarranet in the first place. I have also had my yarranet address for many years and when it went down it caused quite a few problems for me. For that reason I have taken on running the Yarranet site.
