A Gift must be spent on Psionic Training and then Skill points can be spent on Psionic Powers. The Psionic powers received are as shown in the table.
A Psionic Training Gift must be bought which means two Psionic Powers are known and may be raised to Terrible and then beyond. For each Psionic Aptitude Gift bought an additional two Powers are known.
