The Burnley Neighbourhood Centre (BNC) is a community centre managed by local people for local people. BNC runs many courses and programs and it's facilities are used by individuals, families an community groups. The aim of the centre is to create a friendly meeting place where anyone is welcome to drop in or join in: somewhere for people to have fun and learn new skills.
